As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations, so we offer you service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us.
Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days. This term will expire on the 14 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact contact us first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
Product return requirements:
• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• All items MUST BE returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITIONS, unused, unwashed, with all labels, tags, original packaging, including the protective hygienic band and without altering the original size of the packet.
• Gift cards, jewelry, underwear and bodysuits may not be returned.
• Damaged, soiled items, altered, will not be accepted for return.
• No refund requests will be accepted after 14 calendar days for any reason.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Case 1 – Defective product or order
• If the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
• Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
• The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)
Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability.
1. You contact us with the order number and a photographic evidence
2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request
3. In case of approval we will send you a new item without additional costs. In case the item is not available or out of stock, you will be refunded with a Store Credit or for the total amount.
Case 2 – Product doesn’t meet expectations
• The selected size does not fit the customer’s measurements.
• Customer simply want a change for another product or return it.
• Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.
We may choose to make a refund of 50% of the value of the product.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 15 or 20 calendar days to be reflected in the customer’s bank account. Mostly it depends on the bank issuing the card and the type of card. Credit or Debit.
